4(a) (A&A Works). Lessee will not make nor create to be made any kind of Modifications or Utility Installations in, on, under or about the Properties without Owner's previous written authorization. Lessee may, nevertheless, check make non-structural Energy Setups to the interior of the Facilities (excluding the roofing) without Lessor's approval but upon notice to Lessor, so long as they are not visible from the beyond the Premises, do not involve puncturing, transferring or eliminating the roof covering or any type of existing walls, or altering or try this site disrupting the fire lawn sprinkler or fire discovery systems and the collective price thereof throughout the regard to this Lease as extended does not go beyond $2,500
